Built full campaign architecture for a first-time candidate: message platform, voter contact schedule, and field plan. Candidate won by 6 points in a district carried by the opposition two cycles prior.

Wrote, designed, and deployed a five-piece persuasion mail program to 18,000 households. Message-tested creative resulted in a 12-point favorability shift among soft-opposition targets.

Recruited and managed 120 volunteers across 8 counties. Executed 34,000 door contacts over 10 weeks, exceeding the client's GOTV threshold by 22% in targeted precincts.
